I'm 5'3" and 125 lbs, but thick in the middle so I bought Medium. I can fold up a good 2" or more at the cuff and the legs themselves seem a bit floppy. It's well made and material is ok for the price-not too thick nor thin. I'm afraid that they don't have x-small size. Pretty darn good deal ! If you are looking for something lightweight for the summer, or to wear here in South Florida, these are for you. They tend to be a little bit long and if you are not particularly tall, ( I am 5'5" and stocky right now ) you might have to shorten them. But for the money, they are still a great deal, if you don't need something thick and short. So far they have lasted in the wash.. but I haven't been washing them for that long to really give a good recommendation on that.
